Delivery and shipping
At Sainté Copenhagen ApS, we always offer FREE SHIPPING to a GLS ParcelShop in Denmark on orders over 699 DKK. Shipping to the rest of the EU is free on orders over 1,000 DKK, and over 1,250 DKK to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria.
Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 15:00 are shipped the next business day.
Delivery time for our items is 1-2 business days in Denmark and 2-6 business days in the rest of the EU.
DELIVERY TO A GLS PARCELSHOP IS FREE when you spend more than 699 DKK at Sainté Copenhagen.
We ship to all of Denmark and to the rest of the EU (except Greece, Cyprus and Malta), and items are shipped and delivered every weekday.
Please note: If there is no room at the pick-up point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If any problems arise, please contact our customer service.
Shipping method and prices
We ship the items from our warehouse with the carrier GLS.
Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop in Denmark is free when you spend more than 699 DKK at Sainté Copenhagen.
Otherwise, shipping within Denmark costs:
45 DKK for delivery to a GLS ParcelShop
59 DKK for home delivery
For EU countries, the shipping price depends on the country and is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over 1,000 DKK (1,250 DKK to the countries listed above). The delivery time is 2-6 business days.
Delivery time
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get an exact delivery time within the stated time window on the day, as orders are delivered by different vans. It is also not possible to call the driver directly.
It is therefore a big advantage if you provide your email address, so we can email you before your parcel is delivered.
